ACTIVE MOBILLITY/YOGA
This class makes you feel better in a holistic fashion by freeing overall tightness, easing stiffness associated with back pain, and relieving stress. Regardless of the student's background, this class is a perfect fit!!!
This class is designed around the Mobillity fundamentals, which include mindful breathing, core stabilization, basic strengthening, and mobility work.
This focus allows for the development of fluidity and efficiency of movement while mitigating stress. The practitioner will then have the freedom to live as their healthiest selves while enjoying all that this life offers!
Based on my experiences with Bikram, Lionflow, and all of the other classic yogic disciplines, I will weave together a class based on the NEEDS of the students in the room while covering basic fundamentals of the art/science of yoga.
Breath awareness will be the foundation of our work followed by keeping that awareness throughout the poses and postures.
