INNOVATIVE TRAINING
Train With the Best
This training is founded on the core Mobillity principles. This aforementioned protocol includes mindful breathing, dynamic nervous system activation training, core stabilization exercises, postural corrections exercises, joint preparation and mobility work to keep their bodies moving in an efficient fashion.
The plan with these sessions is to give the players an all encompassing approach to performance training (mind, body, and spirit) as well as skill development.
I will initially lead the players through a proper warmup that will give their body's the proper foundation to begin all training session, practices, and games.
We will also incorporate basic training exercises to help build the body for the demands of the sport to not only protect the body from injury but to enhance levels of fitness that carry over to the sport, such as sped, agility, vertical leap, cardiovascular endurance, strength, etc.
The sessions will then go into skill development and will mainly focus on offensive development.
Shooting mechanics and drills, ball handling, as well as integrating live game-like scenarios that challenge the nervous system will be the focus.
The theme will be adapting their nervous system to the stimuli so that they will feel like the game is slower and easier than the training session.
Much focus will be given to proper form and mechanics with the body work as well as the skill work, as I'm a "disciplinarian" when it comes to these details.
Setting up your training with a proper foundation of biomechanics and positioning is essential to creating a structure that is fit to handle the demands of the sport
BASKETBALL TRAINING SESSION
moBILLity Basketball sessions are ball-handling and dribbling intensive with continual change in stimuli to match the demands of a typical game. Shooting mechanics and the ability to shoot under these game-like conditions are also a primary focus. I mix in game-like scenarios for my athletes and continually challenge their nervous system and coordination so that the game itself feels slower than the training sessions they’re accustomed to.

Innovative Training
The sessions will be at game speed but I always monitor a player’s movement patterns and mix in the foundational principles of my moBILLity Training System to keep their body and mind at an optimal level of efficiency. This aforementioned protocol includes mindful breathing, dynamic nervous system activation training, core stabilization exercises, postural corrections exercises, joint preparation, and mobility work to keep their bodies moving in an efficient fashion.
Length
45 minutes to an hour is the typical length and depending on the player’s needs could be more dribbling, shooting, or moBILLity Training System oriented.
GROUP TRAINING SESSION
These sessions will follow the same premise outlined in the Individual Training Session section but will look to incorporate even more game-like scenarios with there being more than one person training. A player could expect to do some type of live scenario every 10 to 15 minutes building on the skill and drill work covered leading up to that time. For example, if we’d been working on reading the different options off the pick and roll in the drill setting we would do this for 10 minutes and then spend the same amount of time working this in a live setting.
