In this video I share a simple exercise you can use with any form of ball to help relieve tight forearms and alleviate BJJ elbow pain.
Most of time in the sport you're constantly gripping and even in modern life we are in gripping a steering wheel or at a computer typing.
As such, our hand and forearm flexors are constantly being engaged, which over time can contribute to less effective grips and ultimately elbow pain.
This soft tissue release will help loosen the flexors and the mobility exercise I share will also help engage the extensors of the hand/forearm, leading to more functional grips and hands!
