A theme I've been working on fully embracing lately is one of surrender.
Being of hard working nature and an outward action taker I have trouble letting go of control.
I'm sure many of you can relate.
But in my meditative practice derived from Joe Dispenza's work, I visualize surrendering holding onto my normal behavioral patterns that hold me back.
So in this step I get really EXPANSIVE.
My body opens yet simultaneously strengthens.
My diaphragm pumps more EXPANSIVELY.
It's not a tight tension but a relaxed engagement and this word of expansion is the only way I can describe it.
I envision the sun keeping everything going and how nature keeps going without striving.
I seek to channel this as I do a Daoist technique where I circle energy around my belly button each way.
This may seem like a lot but I'm really just recounting what HAPPENS. Because this is an act of surrender.
Yet things still happen.
And this illustrates to me and hopefully to you that maybe we can gain what we seek to find by letting go of it!
Pairing this with appreciation and gratitude we live as if its already happened!
Stay mobile friends!
